Clever Computers Terms and Conditions

1. By signing the invoice, the client agrees to pay by the agreed terms.

2. All warranty repairs must be brought into the shop for repair. Any pickup and delivery will be payable at the current rate. Any warranty repair carried out onsite will incur a $55.00 per hour call out fee.

3. Warranty on any software repair is for a period of 24 hours only and will only be applicable to the original problem. Any software problem after that time will be charged at the normal rates.

4. Replacement warranty on hardware purchased is for a 12 month period. Warranties covered by manufacturers outside of that time will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Replacement warranty is not applicable to Monitors or any external peripheral hardware unless specified by the manufacturer.

5. Operating system software has no warranty and keeping your computer in running order is up to the purchaser by way of virus control.

6. All domestic repairs are COD and payable by, eftpos, cash or credit card, at the time of repair. Business accounts on 7 day trading terms and are available upon request and relevant account agreements being signed.

7. All care but no responsibility will be taken for loss of data during repair, transfers or data retrieval.

8. Deposits taken for systems or hardware are not refundable unless cancelled before the hardware is purchased.

9. Select your purchase carefully as there are no cash refunds.
